Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the website and your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to CogitoPaper for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain personalized products or opened stationery items may not be eligible for return.
